On-Site Technical Support Contracts

   

If your organization requires on-site visitation frequently or at scheduled intervals, this is the solution for you. We offer several different plans to fit your needs and budget from only a few hours a month to full-time on-site consultants.

Clients under technical support contracts automatically receive priority trouble ticket resolution - especially useful at critical times when major software flaws, vulnerabilities, and virus attacks threaten many of our clients' systems simultaneously and our on-site technicians are booked for extended periods of time.

Non-Profit Organizations

Tilojasoft supports the work of non-profit organizations, foundations, educational institutions, and other charities that wish to utilize our service offerings. If your organization has non-profit 501(c) status, as approved and authorized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), you are eligible for a 20% discount on many of our hourly rates and service fees.

The services that are eligible for this discount include on- and off-site technical support.There are no forms to fill, a simple email to our billing department is usually sufficient for existing customers. However, we may request proof of non-profit status (via federal tax forms) in the event that we suspect any misrepresentation.

We do ask that if you utilize this discount to please place a link on your web site to our own in whatever way you see fit (text link, image link, etc.).


 

Telephone / E-Mail Support Contracts

If your organization doesn't frequently require on-site visitation but still needs occasional phone or e-mail support that can be done off-site from our office, a telephone support plan might be a more cost-effective solution for you.

Monthly rates provide service availability only. Actual consultation time is billed at the end of the month. Any user in your organization is able to request support. We do not bill for simple questions having one-minute answers.
