9am-5pm - Monday - Friday- Remote and On-site Service

    • 12 hours Remote Maintenance of Server and Health Checkup
    • 8 hours of Remote Support of Servers and Network Resources
    • Weekly Server Health Report with risk Assessment and 16 point Checkup
    • 24 x 7 Monitoring of Server Critical alerts
    • Error and Event log Checkup
    • Review of “Backup Calendar”
    • Server Antivirus Updates Check
    • Microsoft Server Updates and Security Patches
  • Microsoft Exchange Server Monitoring and Maintenance
    • Exchange Server Queue Monitoring
    • Managing mailboxes
    • Managing the BadMail Spam folder
    • Managing the postmaster mailbox
    • Scheduled Cleaning of Expired Messages
  • Business Disruption Avoidance & Disaster Recovery Planning
    • Semi-Annual analysis of integrity of all tape media
    • Monthly (or as necessary) cleaning of tape drive(s)
    • Quarterly test of UPS (battery backup) shut down procedure & battery life time
    • Semi Annual test of RAID functionality and rebuild procedures
  • Helpdesk & Technical Liaison
    • 14 hours of Remote End User support via remote control w/ telephone assistance
    • 3rd party software assistance
    • Phone Support and technical guidance
    • Two 4 hour Scheduled on-site visit per month
  • Two Emergency 2 hour visit per month (normal rate $200/hr)
